Antutu announced the most powerful Android smartphone in June, the top name caused a ‘big surprise’

AnTuTu has just released a list of the best performing Android smartphone models in June 2021. In this list, Nubia Red Magic 6 takes the throne, surpassing names like ROG Phone 5, iQOO 7 and others. many other prominent candidates.

According to AnTuTu’s rankings, the Red Magic 6 leads in terms of the entire market and the premium smartphone segment. It scored 842,168 points in the AnTuTu benchmark scale.

This is 20,000 points more than the Realme GT, which led the list of Android smartphones a month ago. In terms of configuration, Red Magic 6 is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chip combined with 16 GB RAM and 256 GB internal memory along with a refresh rate screen of up to 165Hz on the front.

Notably, the Snapdragon 888 chip dominates the list with the top 10 Android flagships using this chipset, although the scores of different devices vary. This shows the superior strength of Qualcomm chips in the market compared to competitors such as Mediatek or Samsung.

ROG Phone 5 takes second place with an average score of 815,628 points, followed by iQOO 7’s 815,343 points, which ranks third on the list. Realme GT, falls to fourth place with 813,851 points and Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is fifth with 797,194 points.

Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S21 Ultra (5G) only ranks 8th and is the only non-Chinese smartphone representative on AnTuTu’s list.

In general, smartphone models from China will still occupy the list of the most powerful Android smartphones for a very long time to come.

The last place in the ranking belongs to Redmi K40 Pro with 778,372 points. Redmi’s smartphone has not been so prominent since its launch. However, the fact that it reached the top 10 was also a big surprise.
