(CHK) In the latest update, the Apple Fitness + app has more exercises for special people.
The Fitness + app is built by Apple to serve Apple Watch users directly. Apple’s goal is to help people live a better day by being active. Apple Watch with its excellent health tracking features will be a great tool to help users practice sports.
Jay Blahnik, Senior Director of Fitness Technologies at Apple, said: “The new update will have more options for starting and staying active and healthy during pregnancy and of any age or body background. We hope more people will be inspired to continue to grow with our wonderful team of passionate coaches. “
New coaches and updates will be available on Apple Fitness + starting April 19, 2021, just before the Earth Day event.
The update will include a series of 10 new exercises for women during pregnancy, led by coach Betina Gozo. Each exercise is 10 minutes long and designed to suit any stage of pregnancy, as well as the practitioner’s physical background.
Likewise, new exercises for the elderly are 10-minute sessions focused on helping “stay active users of all ages.”
