Audio content application Fonos received an investment of $ 1.8 million in Pre-Series A round, planning to play

The Fonos application has affirmed its leading position in the field of digital audio content in Vietnam after its launch in 2020, with more than 2,100 exclusive content on the application including Best-selling Audiobooks, Book Summary, Meditation ,… A rich content library is a strength and a solid foundation that helps Fonos have a strong breakthrough in revenue. In 2021, the company recorded 7 times revenue and this growth momentum will continue this year. Fonos is receiving strong support from users, with more than 130,000 user accounts in October. Fonos is also the top-grossing app in Vietnam in the book segment, on both Apple and Google app stores in many months. According to the analytics tools at data.ai, Fonos’ revenue accounts for the majority of the market share in audiobook sales in Vietnam.

With the newly received capital, Fonos will continue to expand into the Podcast segment and develop more content libraries. “I am extremely excited when Fonos enters this market.
