Chromia is preparing for its appearance at the 4th annual NFT.NYC Conference from June 20 to 23.
NFT.NYC has been described by Coinbase as the “NFT Superbowl,” an event that brings together some of the biggest names in crypto from around the world. Both Chromia and ChromaWay will appear with a number of speakers from projects across the ecosystem, including:
ChromaWay and Chromia:
- Todd Miller (VP of Business Development and Partnerships)
- Anastasia Plane (Head of Marketing)
My Neighbor Alice:
- Lenny Pettersson (CEO)
- Riccardo Sibani (Product Manager)
Mines of Dalarnia: Keith McCollough (CEO)
The above will run the booth and appear in panel discussions throughout the event.
Discussion topic: “Play-to-Earn game design”
Anastasia, Keith and Lenny will discuss the topic with Austin Stanfield (Divine Anarchy) and Quinn Campbell (Sky Mavis). The discussion will explore ways that game developers are continuously adapting and innovating to create a balanced game economy that helps retain users.
Discussion topic: “NFT Physical and Digital Real Estate”
Todd will participate in this panel discussion, along with Lees Garcia (Metaverse Hospitality), Dean Tribble (Agoric), Alvaro Nunez (Super Luxury Group) and Jenny Guo (Highstreet). The discussion will explore the application of NFT in the real estate industry and ways to help blur the line between the real and virtual worlds.
Discussion topic: “Next Generation NFT Standards and Protocols”
Riccardo will be participating in this discussion along with Raullen Chai (IoTeX), Michael Sofaer (Tendermint), Jonathan Dorfman (Nfty Markets) and Victor Zhang (Smart Token Labs). The discussion will explore ways blockchain developers are expanding their horizons through NFT and, in some cases, reinventing the protocols and standards that support today’s decentralized applications.
In addition, Chromia will also arrange an exhibition booth at the event. Here, Chromia will focus on project introduction as well as incubation and funding programs to expand its ecosystem. All details will be updated on the project website.
Chromia (CHR) is a blockchain platform that combines technology between blockchain and relational databases – databases for decentralized applications, conceived to meet the shortcomings of existing platforms and designed designed to allow a new generation of dApps to expand beyond existing capabilities. Chromia was formerly known as Chromapolis. The goal of the project is to build its own blockchain network that allows the development of easy, efficient dApps with high throughput.
