Design like OPPO Watch RX, OLED screen, IP68, 2-week battery, price 159 USD

In addition to the recently introduced OnePlus 9 series, OnePlus also launched a new smartwatch called the OnePlus Watch. This is the first smartwatch to be launched under the OnePlus branding.

In terms of design, the OnePlus Watch has a round, not square, watch face design like the Apple Watch or OPPO Watch, but looks quite similar to the OPPO Watch RX launched earlier in the Chinese market.

The watch face of the OnePlus Watch measures 46mm, uses a 1.39-inch OLED panel and is protected by sapphire glass. Users can customize a lot of watch faces according to their preferences. The bezel is finished from stainless steel and integrates 2 physical keys on the right edge, including one engraved with the OnePlus logo to look quite unique. The product will be sold with 2 color options: silver and black.

The OnePlus Watch runs on a separate operating system, not Google’s WearOS. According to The Verge, the product runs on a software interface similar to the RTOS (similar to the interface used on Fitbit smartwatches). The machine’s software supports many features, including heart rate measurement, step measurement, SpO2 concentration measurement, provides 110+ modes of exercise, stress measurement … but does not support the 3rd party application. In addition, the product supports IP68 water resistance standard.

OnePlus Watch is equipped with 1GB RAM, 4GB storage that allows storing music for offline listening when not connected to the phone, built-in speaker for listening and talking, supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS, no LTE version available.

According to OnePlus, the OnePlus Watch supports fast charging technology that allows 1 week of use with just 20 minutes of charging (using the included charger). In addition, the device can last up to 2 consecutive weeks with just 1 charge in basic use mode and 1 week in full-featured use mode.

In terms of price, the OnePlus Watch will be available on April 14 for $ 159, equivalent to 3.7 million. There’s also a special limited edition version called the OnePlus Watch Cobalt Limited Edition, with a cobalt finish that looks quite classy. The price of this special has not been announced.
