From only 316 million, the design “breaks” the Toyota Corolla Cross

According to some sources, a B-size SUV Wuling Alvez 2023 will soon be introduced at the upcoming IIMS 2023 exhibition here in Indonesia. Wuling Alvez 2023 has now begun to be staked. The sales consultant at the dealer also revealed the selling price of Wuling Alvez 2023, which will range from 200 – 300 rupiah (equivalent to 316 – 474 million VND).

Wuling Alvez 2023 has a length x width x height of 4,365 x 1,750 x 1,640 mm and a wheelbase of 2,550 mm, respectively. Toyota Corolla Cross’s rival uses the Wing Dynamic Aesthetics design language with a fairly wide grille and eye-catching chrome details. Accompanying that is the LED lighting system, 17-inch alloy wheels and rearview mirror with integrated electric folding and glass drying function.

Wuling Alvez 2023 uses 2 engine options, including a 4-cylinder, naturally aspirated, 1.5L petrol engine and a turbocharged, 4-cylinder, 1.5L petrol engine. These engine options give the Wuling Alvez 2023 98 hp and 145 hp, respectively. Along with that is the option of a manual transmission or a CVT continuously variable automatic transmission depending on the version.

In the Indonesian market, Wuling Alvez 2023 will compete directly with names like Toyota Corolla Cross, Kia Seltos or Hyundai Creta. With a selling price of just over VND 300 million, Wuling Alvez 2023 promises to make it difficult for competitors in the same segment. It is not yet clear whether after Indonesia, Wuling Alvez 2023 will be available for sale in other markets.
