Samsung is expected to launch the next folding screen smartphone, Galaxy Z Fold3 as well as Z Flip3 at the event in August. Both of these machines are expected to bring powerful upgrades in terms of design.
According to data from the TENAA certification site in the Chinese market, the Galaxy Z Fold3 will have a thinner design than its predecessor. Specifically, the Z Fold3 appeared on TENAA with the code name SM-F9260, equipped with a 6.2-inch secondary screen and a 7.55-inch main screen. The overall dimensions of the device are revealed to be 128.1mm x 158.2mm x 6.4mm. For those who do not know, the Galaxy Z Fold2 has a device size of 128.2mm x 159.2mm x 6.9mm, which means that the Galaxy Z Fold3 is about 0.5mm thinner than its predecessor (in fully open mode).
Besides, TENAA also revealed the battery capacity of Galaxy Z Fold3. The device will include 2 battery cells, the specific capacities are 2155mAh and 2345mAh, respectively, with a total capacity of 4500mAh, unchanged from the Galaxy Z Fold2.
Galaxy Z Fold2 launched last year is considered a superior upgraded version in terms of design compared to the Galaxy Fold generation. This year it is likely that the Galaxy Z Fold3 will continue to bring new surprises in terms of design, thinner and more durable, which fans of the folding screen line have always looked forward to.

It is expected that the Galaxy Z Fold3 and Z Flip3 will soon be introduced at the Unpacked event held on August 11 here.
