To advance by this method, dial *911#, then press Call. You wait 1-2 minutes will receive an advance amount of 15,000 VND / time. Advance fee is 2,250 VND/time.
- Subscribers activate over 60 days.
- Original account 1 must be less than 5,000 VND.
- The subscription has an expiration date (not locked in one way). No debt service charges for 911 advances.
Via call center 9118
Another method that you can advance money is through the flexible money advance service (Airtime Credit) for mobile subscribers and Viettel’s prepaid Dcom, which works two-way, has not yet reached the maximum limit, has no debt. Splus service payment, and depending on the object, different conditions of consumption and operation time will be applied.
- To register for an advance, you compose a message: UT send 9118.
- To cancel the service, compose: HUY sent 9118.
- With an advance of 50,000 VND or less: Service fee = 15%*advance amount.
- With an advance of over VND 50,000: Service fee = 17%* of the advance amount.
The service will recover the advance and service fee when the customer tops up the card or receives money from another subscriber, for transactions that are more than 60 days in debt, the service will automatically scan the original account fee for recovery.
When the customer writes the DK to 9118, the customer’s account must be less than or equal to 1,000 VND, the system will automatically lend the maximum advance that the customer is entitled to at that time.
2. How to advance money via My Viettel app
To advance money via My Viettel application, you do the following:
Step 1: You download the application My Viettel if your phone does not have this application installed. (You can search for My Viettel application on the App Store or CH Play).
Step 2: Log in to My Viettel application, select Recharge -> Advance money. You will receive the advance amount in your account. Advance and fee will be deducted from your account when you top up the card.
3. Advance money via Callplus service
Another application that helps you still make calls when you run out of money is Callplus. The way to advance money according to this method is as follows:
Method 1: Call the switchboard 1530, enter the phone number to be contacted and end with the # key.
Method 2: You press call directly 1530xxxxxxxxx (Inside xxxxxxxxx phone number to contact).
You will receive 5 minutes of free calling when the phone is out of charge and the advance is exhausted.
Service charge: 500 VND/successful call. The cost of calling on the network is 1,190 VND / minute, outside the network is 1390 VND / minute.
