How to check bad debt on CIC

A bad debt check on CIC will find out about someone’s credit card status to see if there are outstanding debts. In particular, the current status of personal information theft is still a painful problem, when you can have your ID card stolen, or other information to falsify your credit application. This will affect your loan later, as credit card or loan application may be canceled. So how to check bad debt on CIC?

1. What is CIC?

CIC is the abbreviation of the Credit Information Center, also known as the National Credit Information Center of Vietnam, under the State Bank of Vietnam. Here store loan information in Vietnam of more than 30 million customers. CIC plays an important role in reducing the national credit risks, when giving warnings to credit loans if there is a problem. In addition, the organization also provides credit rankings for individuals and businesses operating in Vietnam to provide to the State Bank, banks and other credit institutions.

2. How to check CIC to check bad debt

Step 1:

First of all, users visit CIC website by following the link below.

At the interface as shown below, we click on Subscriptions. If you have an account then click the Login button.

Step 2:

Switch to the personal account registration interface. We will choose whether to apply for Enterprise or Personal. Display sign up for a personal account as shown below. Here you will need to fill in all the requested information, take 3 photos of your identity card or citizenship identification (ID / CCCD) in png, jpg, jpeg format including: front, back of ID / CCCD and self-portrait with ID / CCCD.

For Enterprises, we also need to fill in the required information as in the interface.

Step 3:

When you enter all information, the CIC will send an OTP to confirm your registration information.

Step 4:

CIC will check and verify the information you registered and then send access information to your email account. You will then log back into CIC with the account information provided. Then we will do a bad debt check to see if we have any strange loans.
