In the morning of June 22, 2021, many users kept getting the error “Google keeps stopping” causing trouble for using Android smartphones. This problem occurs with most Android smartphones, not just any brand device.
Currently, the cause may be due to a new Google update that has a problem, causing a conflict with the system. As a result, the Google app will stop working, and keep giving the error Google keeps stopping or Google keeps stopping.
Responding to a user on Twitter, Google confirmed the existence of this issue. Google recommends that users restart the device to fix it. However, only some users solved the problem after restarting the machine.
According to sharing on technology forums, Android smartphone users can fix the problem in two ways:
Way 1: Access App Info/Data Management/Clear Cache
Way 2: Select the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the Google app and then select Uninstall Update (Uninstall Update)

You can also access the app uninstall screen right from the error message. Specifically, on the “Google keeps stopping” error message, you click Application Information then press the ellipsis and select Uninstall updates.
If you don’t care about the Google app, you can also temporarily remove it from your smartphone so as not to be a nuisance. However, for those who are used to using the Google application, they should perform the above temporary fixes and wait until Google updates.
Maybe sometime this afternoon or tomorrow Google will release a patch to fix this issue.
Good luck!
