How to look up the certificate of Covid-19 vaccine on the phone

Step 1:

You open the Electronic Health Book application on your phone and then log in to your personal account. At the application interface click Certificate of vaccination.

Step 2:

You will now see information whether you have been vaccinated or not, along with personal information including name, date of birth and ID number. We also see QR code for vaccination against Covid-19 vaccine to present at checkpoints and medical centers. The QR code on the Electronic Health Book will later replace the certificate of Covid-19 vaccination.

For those who have not been vaccinated, the interface will display a QR code with a white background. After one injection, the background turns yellow, after two injections, it turns blue.

How to look up Covid-19 vaccine vaccination on a computer

Step 1:

Step 3:
