Instructions to create an online business store on Zalo

Recently, the Zalo application has updated the Zalo Shop feature. Through the Offical Account, users can upload product images and directly exchange and sell right on their phones. This feature has brought Zalo users, especially those who own a business store, can be more convenient in posting products, managers or buyers can easily search for products easily. .

How to create a Zalo Official Account to upload products for free

Step 1:

First of all, we need to create an Official Account on Zalo according to the link below.

Next, we need to log in to our Zalo account using the phone number, password or scan the QR code on the phone.

Step 2:

After logging in, the user will see the interface Zalo Official Account request to retrieve information of personal Zalo account. Press Allow.

Step 3:

To the new interface, press Create a new Official Account.

Step 4:

Next, we will choose the type of Official Account that suits the needs and business goals of each person.

Here, we will accumulate Choose form Service account, then press Continue to enter information under. Note, after completing the registration operation we will not be able to change.

Step 5:

Next, you will fill in the information for the Official Account account, including:

• Official Account Name: account name less than 40 characters in length,
• Main category: click Shop – Services.
• Subcategory: choose the right form of business for your store.
• Description: a 20-character description of your business store.
• Select cover photo and avatar: Cover photo is 320×350, profile picture is 150×150.
• Contact information: fill in your name, contact number for business.

When you are sure of the information, click Submit registration information.

Step 6:

The registration process is complete and the message appears Official Account has been created successfully, Press the button Closed to complete.

Step 7:

In the interface Official Account Management, you will see your shop name in the status Active. Click on the shop name to perform the management steps.

Step 8:

Here, the management interface will include content, products, messages, product tracking. Click on the item Store above.

Step 9:

We will be creating a catalog for the products we sell in the store. Click on the item Store Setup > Catalog > Add Catalog.

Step 10:

You fill in the necessary information for the list according to each item in detail:

• Category name: products that your store is trading in.
• Status: Show.
• Description: functional description for the category.
• Photo: use size 150×150.

Press Agree filled in information.

Step 11:

Once you’ve created a category on your Zalo Official Account, you can add products to that category. Press tab Product and choose More products.

Step 12:

In this interface, we will fill in the necessary information for the product:

• Product name: enter the exact name of the product up to 200 characters.
• Product price: enter the correct VND structure, for example 500000 do not enter 500.
• Product description: a general, general description of the product for viewers to know.
• Product photos: up to 10 photos, up to 1 MB each with a size of 500×500.

Below the item Details, select information for Category, Product ID, Product Type, Display Status. Finally press Create products. Do the same for other products.

Step 13:

After posting product information, at the interface List of products, click on the item Manage > Product Information.

Step 14:

You will be asked to scan the QR code again. The Product Information interface appears. Scroll down to Store, tick the item Display.

Step 15:

A new message appears, click Agree.

Successful update message. Press Closed.

Step 16:

On the phone Zalo interface, you will see the name of your shop appear. Click select Go to the shop to view the new store created with the product posted.

Step 17:

We can send products to friends when we click on Share icon on the interface.

Step 18:

Return to the main interface of your Zalo account on your phone, click on 3 horizontal dots and select item Shop. You will see a list of shops on Zalo, with many different types of sales. We can search the shop in the Category.
