According to an official announcement post (via NokiaPowerUser) on the Nokia Phones Community, HMD Global has started rolling out the Android 12 stable update to the Nokia X10 in regions of the first batch including:
- Netherlands (Tele 2, VF, T-Mobile)
- Saudi Arabia
The company says that the update will be available to all units in the aforementioned regions on December 26. It will also be rolled out in more regions as part of batch 2 in the near future. . The company will make a separate announcement when the updates begin.
Configuration of Nokia X10 5G
The Nokia X10 was launched alongside the Nokia X20 in April. Just like the more expensive model, this model is also eligible for three generations of Android updates and three years of security updates.
As a result, the device will receive Android 13, Android 14 security updates and until 2024. Hopefully HMD Global will live up to its promise.
In terms of configuration, Nokia X10 and both brother X20 are equipped with Snapdragon 480 5G chip (8nm process). This is a newly launched chip from Qualcomm with two Kryo 460 Gold cores (A76) and six small cores accompanied by Adreno 619 graphics GPU.
At launch, Nokia X10 has three RAM options 4/6/8GB and internal memory options are 64/128 GB respectively. The device is also equipped with a 6.67-inch LCD screen, with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 px and has a punch hole containing an 8MP front camera.
Nokia X10 still owns a 4-camera cum system from ZEISS with the main rear camera of 48MP resolution, the rest are wide-angle, depth-measuring and close-up lenses of only 2MP.
Regarding the selling price, Nokia X10 has a listed price of 7,490,000 VND, but at many retail systems, this model is currently only from 6,990,000 VND.
