(CHK) The low-cost machine market today has welcomed a new model called Poco C50 that impresses with design and configuration. Poco C50 promises to be a formidable low-cost competitor for Nokia C20.

POCO C50 was officially announced for the Indian market this morning. The new device of the Xiaomi sub-brand is an affordable smartphone suitable for users who do not want to spend too much.

POCO C50 has a 6.52-inch screen with 1600x720px HD+ resolution and 120Hz touch sampling rate. The LCD screen on the front also has a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera.

Meanwhile, the back has a dual camera with LED flash and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The Chinese company has announced this model offers certain key features, two of which include a large display and long-lasting battery life.

The device is powered by a large 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W standard charging. In terms of configuration, POCO C50 is equipped with MediaTek Helio A22 chipset combined with up to 2GB RAM and 32GB internal memory.

The front houses a 5-megapixel selfie camera, while the back features an 8-megapixel AI dual camera setup that offers 1080p @30fps video recording. Other features include a premium leather-like finish on the rear panel and the device runs on Android 12 Go Edition out of the box.

Looking at this configuration, it can be seen that this is actually the Redmi A1 that has been introduced in Vietnam for a long time. The POCO C50 will also come in two colors, mint green and navy blue, and two storage configurations.

In particular, the 2GB + 32GB version costs from 75 USD, equivalent to about 1.7 million VND and the 3GB + 32GB version costs 85 USD (about 2 million VND). These prices are all slightly lower than Redmi A1 in Vietnam.
