A few days ago, Realme held a launch event and introduced its latest Realme GT2 and GT2 Pro smartphones in China. Today, both these devices have been officially sold in realme’s home market.
Data from the first sale of the Realme GT2 series shows that the realme GT2 and GT2 Pro both sold out within 3 minutes. The result has brought in revenue of 200 million yuan, equivalent to about 700 billion dong. The speed of selling out of Realme GT2 is faster than Xiaomi 12 (after 5 minutes).
The basic Realme GT2 model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage costs 2599 yuan (VND 9.25 million). Meanwhile, the model with 8GB RAM + 256GB memory costs 2,799 yuan (VND 9.97 million). Finally, the highest version with 12GB RAM and 256GB costs 3,099 yuan (about 11 million dong).
The Realme GT2 Pro is priced at 3699 yuan (~$580) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model while the 8GB RAM + 256GB model costs 3,999 yuan. The 12GB RAM and 256GB internal memory model costs 4299 yuan (15.3 million dong) while the most advanced model with 12GB RAM and 512GB internal memory costs 4799 yuan (about more than 17 million dong).
In terms of specifications, the Realme GT2 features a 6.62-inch Samsung E4 AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support. Meanwhile, the Pro version comes with a 6.7-inch LPTO AMOLED display with 2K screen resolution. (3216 x 1440 pixels), 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1400nits brightness.
Inside, realme GT2 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset while GT2Pro is equipped with 1st generation Snapdragon 8 SoC. Both devices also come with Diamond Ice Core Plus Cooling System.
