(CHK) Today, Samsung officially announced the new generation low-cost smartphone Galaxy F13 in India with the same design and specifications as the “elder” Galaxy M13. The main difference is that it has a thicker outer shell to accommodate the large 6,000mAh battery.

Galaxy F13 has a 6.6-inch LCD screen with Full HD + resolution. It also has a waterdrop-shaped 8MP selfie camera in the center. On the back, it is equipped with a 3-camera cluster with a 50MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP depth camera with LED flash.

The device is installed with One UI user interface on Android 12 operating system with 3 color options: Waterfall Blue, Nightsky Green and Sunrise Copper.

This is also a dual SIM smartphone and it will have the function of automatically converting data from one card to another. This is the first time a low-cost device supports this modern feature.

Galaxy F13 is considered to be the successor version of Galaxy M13. It is powered by Exynos 850 chipset and 4GB RAM. It has 2 storage options and a dedicated microSD slot that can be further expanded up to 1TB.

Despite owning a huge battery of up to 6000mAh, the Galaxy F13 only supports 15W fast charging, which seems to be inferior to some competitors in the same segment. So if you want to find a smartphone that optimizes charging time, you should consider other options.

Galaxy F13 will be sold for INR 11,999 (about 3.5 million) for the 64GB version and 12,999 INR (about 3.8 million) for the 128GB version on Samsung’s website in India and Flipkart from June 29.
