Isuzu Motors has officially announced the launch schedule of a new version of the D-Max Hi-Lander pickup truck. This model is a rival to occupy the “King of pickup” of the Ford Ranger.
The Japanese automaker Isuzu Motors has officially announced that the Isuzu D-Max Hi-Lander 2021 pickup will be launched in the Indian market on May 10. The automaker also shared a teaser image of the new Hi-Lander on media channels.
The new Isuzu D-Max Hi-Lander 2021 will be equipped with a 1.9 liter diesel engine that complies with BS6 emissions standards, replacing the 2.5 liter diesel engine. The new 1.9L turbo-diesel engine makes 163 hp and 360 Nm of torque. A six-speed manual transmission for the rear wheels will be standard equipment.
Isuzu D-Max Hi-Lander 2021 has been taken to dealers and clear images have appeared on the internet. The D-Max Hi-Lander is essentially a slightly more premium version of the S-Cab variant. It has a ground clearance of 225mm and has no speed limiter. The pickup has a sportier design, has a different bumper, and silver steel wheels.

Isuzu D-Max Hi-Lander 2021 is equipped with halogen headlights and black ORVM lights. This model does not have the same features and equipment as alloy wheels, roof rails, fog lights and ORVM with chromed body color or door handles. The new Isuzu D-Max Hi-Lander 2021 will be equipped with standard safety features including dual airbags, ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) with EBD (Electronic Brake Force Distribution) and BA (brake assist front seat belt tensioner with load limiter, front disc brake and steel undercarriage.
