(CHK) The super product that Suzuki has just released is a great choice for those who are bored with popular underbone models like Yamaha Exciter or Honda Winner X.
At the end of last month, Honda officially launched the GB350 in the Japanese market. This continues to be a sought-after motorbike all over the world. In fact, the Honda H’Ness CB350 was originally launched as a version exclusively for the Indian market. Japan’s large displacement motorcycles tend to be launched at home before crossing the border to enter other markets. However, the CB350 is a testament to the increasing quality of Indian-made models.
This time, another model from the Indian market was introduced in Japan. This time, the model was presented in “Land of the Rising Sun” is the Suzuki Gixxer 250 – a naked streetfighter with a modern, powerful design. This model has become popular in India thanks to its affordable price, durable engine and good performance. In Japan, the Gixxer 250 has been launched in two colors – Matte Black Metallic, and the more popular Triton Blue Metallic, similar to Suzuki’s MotoGP paint from last season.
In terms of specifications, Suzuki Gixxer 250 Japanese version is no different from India. This means that the car is equipped with a single-cylinder 249cc engine, oil-cooled engine with a maximum capacity of 26 horsepower.

It is interesting to note that Suzuki priced the Gixxer 250 at 448,800 yen, which is about 95 million dong when converted to Vietnamese currency. However, in its home country of India, this model is priced at only Rs. 1.67 lakh (51 million dong). Thus, the price of the Gixxer 250 in Japan is almost double that in the Indian market and is on par with the Honda SH 150 CBS version in Vietnam.
