The price of Toyota Corolla Altis has dropped the most ever, paving the way for a new version to return to the country

In April and May 2021, the price of Toyota Corolla Altis was continuously reduced sharply at dealers in Hanoi. Currently, Toyota Corolla Altis is having the biggest discount ever with a total incentive of more than 80 million VND.

Specifically, Toyota Corolla Altis is receiving a cash discount of more than VND 50 million, accompanied by an accessory package for more than VND 10 million and a 2-year body insurance package with a value of VND 20 million. After the offer, the selling price of Toyota Corolla Altis 1.8 E CVT and 1.8 G CVT versions is currently at VND 680 million and VND 720 million.

With this attractive offer and discount, the sales of Toyota Corolla Altis have increased significantly when surpassing competitors such as Elantra or Civic in the segment’s sales rankings in April. However, Toyota Corolla Altis still cannot surpass Mazda3 and Kia Cerato.

In addition to the purpose of stimulating sales, many people believe that Toyota Corolla Altis’ price reduction move is to clear the warehouse, discharge goods to welcome the new version. Previously, some sources said that the new generation Toyota Corolla Altis will return to Vietnam this year and have a GR-S sport version and a HV hybrid version.

However, Toyota has not yet confirmed any information related to this issue. Besides, it is still unclear whether the new generation Toyota Corolla Altis model will be a CBU imported version from Thailand or locally assembled. Many people are extremely expecting the new generation Toyota Corolla Altis to be added with many of the same technologies as the Toyota Corolla Cross.
