Instead of operating from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, with daily lunch breaks and Sundays off like today, the “Service Workshop without days off” system was implemented by VinFast from March 15, 2020. 2023 will ensure 3 criteria: no day off – no lunch break – continuous service from morning to night.

Accordingly, customers can take their cars to service, repair, and maintenance at any time in the time frame from 8 am to 9 pm, all days of the week. The adjustment decision applies to all VinFast service shops nationwide from March 15, 2023.

The increase in service time from 48 hours/week to 91 hours/week and uninterrupted service of the VinFast service workshop system ensures to meet the repair and maintenance needs of customers flexibly and conveniently. especially in the context that the company is increasing its share in the market.

In addition to the system of “Service Workshop without a day off”, VinFast also provides a unique and unique 24/7 mobile service system in Vietnam, including: Mobile Repair (Mobile Service), Charging Mobile Charging, 24/7 Rescue is ready to support customers anytime, anywhere.

On a global scale, VinFast has also officially put into operation the “Global Repair Support and Consulting Center without a day off”. The center gathers good experts, on duty 24 hours a day to promptly advise and provide technical support for service workshops in markets where VinFast cars are present.
