Vivo Y100 reveals design ahead of launch, attracting users with sparkling Rose Gold color

Vivo Y100 has appeared on Geekbench and Google Play Console showing that the official launch date is not far away. Earlier this week, it was rumored that vivo’s mid-range phone will have a color-changing back.

The company released a teaser for the phone today (February 3) and confirmed the signing of Indian actress Sara Ali Khan as the product representative. The shared images reveal that the phone will have 3 cameras and at least two color options: Rose Gold and Blue.

Vivo Y100 is expected to come with MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage expandable via microSD card. The phone will have a 6-inch AMOLED display that supports 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and a maximum brightness of 1300 nits.

In terms of optics, the phone will have a cluster of 3 rear cameras including 64MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide lens, 2MP secondary camera and LED flash. On the front, the phone will have a 50MP selfie camera. The phone is expected to run FuntouchOS user interface based on Android 13 operating system.

Vivo Y100 is expected to offer 5G connectivity and be priced under Rs 27,000.
