Instructions for registering a ProEx account

First, people access the link: https://CHK.com/go/proex to register. Next, you enter enough information such as email, password and click the line SEND VERIFICATION CODE.

Guide to ID verification

This step is for those who want to trade OTC and raise their withdrawal limit. Without verifying the ID you can still withdraw coins equivalent to 3 BTC.

Step 1: Start ID verification

Step 2: Basic verification

Instructions for enabling Google Authentication

People press the button CONSTRAINT in User Center.

Instructions to top up and withdraw coins on ProEx

Deposit coin on ProEx

To deposit money on the exchange, people in Surplus at the root of the screen and find the coin you want to load then press the button Send money.

Here I will use USDT as an example. Other coins are the same.

Next will have the address of the coin you want to send. You just need to send it to the correct address.

*Note: Submit the correct minimum quantity and correct type of TRC20, ERC20 or OMNI.

Withdraw coins from ProEx

To withdraw coins, everyone must first set an Asset Password if you haven’t already, review the part I wrote at the moment!

Just like depositing money, everyone goes to the balance and select the coin you want to withdraw. Next press the button Withdrawal Hey.

Everyone needs to enter the address and the amount to withdraw and press withdraw. Then everyone press the button to withdraw money to withdraw home.

Coins trading

About the trading interface:

To buy and sell on ProEx, you have 2 types of orders to choose from: limit order and market order.

Buy coin

To buy coin, you choose the coin, enter the price and quantity you want to buy if you use a limit order.

As for market orders, you just need to enter the quantity and press the button BUY is done.

Selling coins

The same is true for selling coins. You just need to select the coin, enter the price and quantity you want to sell for the limit order.

For market orders, just enter the quantity and press the button SELL. The order will be executed immediately with the market price at that moment.

OTC fiat transactions

OTC fiat transaction is a form that helps you trade coins in VND.

To trade first you need to Set up a fiat OTC account.

When clicked, there will be requirements such as KYC, phone number verification, and additional payment method.

Once successfully set up, you can trade. You just need to choose the coin you want to buy and sell.

Next choose VND then select the tab I WANT TO BUY to buy or I WANT TO SELL for sale. Finally, you just need to press the button SELL OR BUY then follow the request such as transfer to the seller, …

Contract transactions

To trade contracts, people choose Transaction contract then press the button START TRADING.

The interface is quite similar to coin trading, but it is different in placing orders. To open a position, people choose a tab Open Position and choose Buy (Open long position) to LONG or choose Sell ​​(Open short position) to SHORT.

For example: You guessed Bitcoin decreased from 9300, you choose Sell (Open short position). If the price of BTC falls, you will profit. You can customize the leverage levels to suit your style.
